1-year manufacturing warranty

Every Royal Ceiling Tile is covered for one year against defects in material and workmanship, including delamination, colour bleeding and dimensional issues under normal use.

5-year extended warranty

When you add tiles to your cart, you can tick "Add a 5-year warranty" for about $50 (charged as ₹4,750). It extends the cover above from 1 year to 5 years for every tile in that order. One extended warranty covers the whole order.

How to make a claim

1. Note your order number.
2. Take clear photos of the affected tiles.
3. Contact us with both, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Caring for your tiles

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
• Use a dry cloth on metallic finishes.
• Use a waterproof adhesive when installing in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Install on a clean, dry, level ceiling, or drop into a standard 2 × 2 ft T-grid. See the installation guide.
