Where we ship

We ship to India, the United States and Canada.

Delivery times

• India: 5 to 7 working days.
• United States and Canada: the shipping options, cost and delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your cart has 4 tiles or fewer, the tiles are free and you pay only for shipping. From 5 tiles, every tile is charged at its normal price plus shipping.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully. We cannot change the delivery address after the order is placed, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders

Orders to the United States and Canada are charged in Indian rupees. Your bank converts the amount. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country. These are your responsibility, and we cannot calculate them for you, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details so you can follow your package on the courier's website.

Damaged deliveries

If your tiles arrive damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. See our refund policy for how we handle this.
