Refund and return policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on royalceilingtiles.com, operated by Royal Ceiling Tiles, Gujarat, India ("we", "us").

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 1 day of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at hello@royalceilingtiles.in with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel.

When we accept returns

Ceiling tiles cannot be returned for change of mind. We accept a return, and will replace or refund the affected tiles, when:

• the tiles arrived damaged in transit, or
• the tiles have a manufacturing defect covered by our 1-year warranty.

To be eligible, the tiles must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery and returned in their original packaging.

What we cannot accept

• Tiles made to your specification or personalised for you.
• Tiles that have been cut, glued, installed or painted.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions above. We may refuse these at our discretion.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@royalceilingtiles.in or call +91 96013 17630 with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos of the box and the affected tiles.
3. We will confirm whether the return is approved and send you the return address.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the tiles back to us. We recommend an insured, trackable courier, because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the tiles or proof that they were delivered to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned tiles, we refund you within 30 days, to the same payment method you used for the order. Refunds are made in Indian rupees, the currency your order was charged in.

Orders we may cancel

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the product description or price, if there is an error in your order, or if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
