These terms apply to your use of royalceilingtiles.com (the "website") and to orders placed on it. The website is operated by Royal Ceiling Tiles, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who can use the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

If you create an account, the information you give must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

3. Products and information

We work to describe our tiles accurately, but colours and finishes can look different on screen than in your room, which is why we offer samples. Product details, prices and availability may contain errors and may change. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you can enter into a binding contract and that the information you give is true and complete. You authorise us to share the details needed with our payment and delivery partners to complete your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for the reasons set out in our refund policy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are charged in Indian rupees. Prices shown in US or Canadian dollars are for reference only. We may change prices at any time before we accept your order. If an event outside our control, such as a change in government duties, shipping costs or exchange rates, affects an accepted order, we will tell you and you may cancel it. Payments are subject to checks and approval by your card issuer or payment provider, and we are not responsible for delays caused by a payment not being approved.

6. Free samples

When your cart has 4 tiles or fewer, the tiles are free and you pay only for shipping. We may change or end this offer at any time. Orders placed before a change keep the terms in place when they were placed.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, cancellations and returns by our refund policy, and product defects by our 1-year warranty.

8. Promotions

Promotions may have their own rules. If a promotion's rules conflict with these terms, the promotion's rules apply to that promotion.

9. Content you share

If you send us reviews, photos of your installation or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you allow us to display it on our website and marketing. You keep ownership of your content.

10. Our intellectual property

Our designs, product names, logo, text and website content belong to Royal Ceiling Tiles or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

12. Links to other websites

The website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the website or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

14. The website "as is"

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.

15. Copyright concerns

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, email hello@royalceilingtiles.in with a description of the work, where it appears on the website, your contact details, and a statement that your claim is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We will review it and may remove the content.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Consumers outside India keep any mandatory rights under the law of the country where they live.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will try to give at least 30 days' notice on the website. If you keep using the website after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
